Hello hello!
Today I’m back with part 2 of my 10 Cards, 1 Kit using the Spellbinders October Card Kit. As I mentioned yesterday this was full of sparkle and I really enjoyed playing around with all the fun ephemera. Here’s what I came up with for the final 5 cards:
Here are some close-ups for you:
I just loved this little mouse! I’ve added some pop dots behind the sticker and then layered some ephemera behind to anchor him down a bit.
Sentiment reads: “Merry Everything.”
This is super simple and girly but still has the holiday theme. I just layered some pink cardstock over the pattern paper and popped up my sentiment and deer.
Isn’t that painted flower gorgeous?!? That was one of my favorites from the ephemera.
This is my favorite from this second bunch of cards – I love how the cluster of ephemera came together and those little gems made the perfect accent for the middle of the stars.
Finished up with a few more stars on the inside.
Coming back to this torn paper snowbank – it’s so simple to do and you get a different look every time.
Sentiment reads: “Merry Everything.”
Lastly, I had to do something with these swans – I’ve faced them towards each other and then added a few other pieces and popped up that pink flower and sentiment for dimension. I also added a little dimension behind their wings – this adds the look of more layers but it’s still only one layer thick.
Sentiment reads: “Happy Holly Days”
Thanks for stopping by today – hopefully, you’re not as behind with your kits as I am with mine! xoxo, Sarah
