10 Cards | 1 Kit – Spellbinders November Card Kit (Part 2 of 2)

Hi There,

Happy we’re half-way there day! Although this time of year I’d be ok with the weeks going a little slower – so much to get done, sigh. I’m back today with part 2 of the Spellbinders November Card Kit. Here’s what I came up with:

and here are your close-ups:

I was tempted to go all out and cover this snow globe with glossy accents or acetate or half of a globe Christmas ornament but reigned myself in…less usually is more 🙂

This is my favorite card from all 10 – I love Rudolph and his Mrs.

This was super simple and quick. I love that they include 2 of every ephemera – sometimes you love a piece so much it’s hard to choose what to use it on!

What can I say…I’m feeling the pink and the red this season. I could’ve used about 50 of that cocoa mug die cut.

Another quick and easy card. The glossy accents really make those berries pop!

Thanks so much for checking out my cards today – hope I was able to give you some holiday inspiration! xoxo, Sarah

Happy Mail | Tag Flip feat. Crate Paper Merry Days Collection

Hello!

Today I’ve got a tag flip to share with you…I love this so much I wanted to keep it for myself, sigh. But I’m going to have to let it go and hope the recipient enjoys it as much as I do. I was late to the party in ordering the Merry Days stuff so I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted (why, oh why don’t they stock more to begin with??) However between scrapbook.com and amazon, I was able to get the things I really wanted. Here is how I put the tag flip together:

Here are some still shots of the finished tags:

4 Cards | Spellbinders November Small Die Kit

Hello There,

Well…it’s 65 degrees in Baltimore today, but I’ve been working away on some Christmas goodness, so let’s get a running start on the holiday and we’ll just agree to pretend snow is falling outside the window! Today I’ve got 4 cards for you using the Spellbinders November 2018 Small Die Kit – here’s what I came up with:

Here are some stills of the finished cards:

I really enjoyed this die set, I think the sprigs are probably my favorite piece because you can use them for mistletoe, holly and they’d be great to stick with some flowers too.

I’ve been wanting to use this sentiment and this card was the perfect fit.

This deer is gorgeous, but oh the detail and it did not disappoint! A friend was looking at it this weekend and oohed and ahhed over it so it will probably be sent for her Christmas card this year.

indeed!

This card is my favorite of the batch. I love how simple it is. The green and red are so bright and I’ve never been a big mirrored cardstock person but I really like the gold so I think I need to start working with that more often.

These sentiments are so great – I use these stamp sets for SO MANY cards over the holiday season.

Do any of you send new year’s cards? Just curious if this is a thing that I’m unaware of. I would probably use this on a scrapbook or journal layout so I’m thinking that’s why it was included. Or I guess you could put Merry Christmas on the front and Happy New Year on the inside.

I am in LOVE with this gold washi – it is soooo shiny and perfect. (and we’re getting two more colors in the kit this month too!!)

Thanks so much for stopping by today – more Christmass goodness coming soon. xoxo, Sarah

12 Days of Christmas | Mama Elephant – Yeti Christmas

HELLOOOOO

This is going to be a super quick one! My days at work are getting crazier and crazier as the week goes by so who knows what tomorrow holds. I keep staying late and that pushes me later with my filming, wrapping, baking etc. But…next week I’m on VACATION and I’m so ready. Today I’m working with Mama Elephant’s Yeti stamps – these are super cute, I ordered them right away and have way more ideas of things to try, so this might end up being a Christmas series tradition…

For those of you who maybe just like to look at the photos below…you should check out the video today:  (hint hint)

And here are the stills:

I’m seriously ready to put those snowflake sequins on everything – you’ll probably see them again this series.

That script font is to die for right?

It’s such a feeling of satisfaction when I can match an ink color with card stock so closely. Is anyone else obsessed with that?

Thanks so much for stopping by. xoxo, Sarah
