Hello there,

Happy almost Friday! I don’t know about you, but I’m READY for my weekend. I didn’t have much of a break last weekend due to traveling so I plan to enjoy this one. So let’s get to the good stuff, today I’m sharing the cards I came up with using the Spellbinders July Small Die Set it creates some adorable cats and dogs which go great on their own, but also work with a few of the previous kits. Love that they size things to work together like this! Here’s what I came up with:

For my backgrounds today I used the Amy Tangerine Plus One 6×6 pattern paper and my sentiments are from Reverse Confetti A Friend Like You stamp set. I really let the pattern paper work for me with this card and stamped the sentiment right inside the frame, then embellished with a bunch of those little fish and popped the kitty on top.

I finished up the inside with one of the little bowls and another fish and loved that so much that I ended up using it to finish off all 3 of these cards.

These little guys are just so cute! I swapped out the colors on their fur to create two different yet similar puppies and then added a little bone in one of their mouths.

Finished up here again with a stamped sentiment and bowl.

For this last card, I pulled in a truck die set from last year. I think this orange cat is so cute riding along in the back. I kept wanting to create a fish-shaped cloud in the sky but couldn’t quite figure it out so I added some regular clouds and popped a fish on top. I think it at least gives the idea I was thinking of. (What I really wanted was a fishing pole to put in the back with him, but I didn’t have one of those either.)

And again, finishing up the inside with a sentiment and bowl.
