Hi There,
Happy hump-day! Today I’ve got part 2 of my 10 cards, 1 kit using the Spellbinders May Card Kit. Here is what I came up with for the final 5 cards:
Here are your close-ups:
This is one of my favorite cards from this bunch – I really loved that wood pattern background and the mix of the small and large hexagons is really fun.
I would’ve like to have a stamp of this – such a sweet sentiment.
I can’t say enough about this bear stamp it is just so well done. I love the angle and it can really be used with any sentiment but I love the combo of it with “stay wild” which also looks like a wood-cut stamp.
I thought the additional ephemera sentiments worked especially well with everything this month.
I always love a butterfly – especially a dimensional one. This is a really quick card but I think it has a really great pop to it.
Again, finishing up with one of the ephemera phrases.
Another favorite – possibly my #1 favorite? The bee is so cute and I am all heart-eyes over the warm pink color they included throughout the pieces.
Always a nice reminder.
I tried to keep this one masculine – I think my dad would really like that radio, I can just hear a Jean Shepherd story playing through it. That family man sentiment is also really lovely.
I used some of those left-over stickers from a previous kit. I still have tons of them but I may pick up another pack since they’ve come in so handy!
As always, thanks for stopping by to check out my cards. xoxo, Sarah
