March Madness | 5 Confetti Wishes Cards

It’s Friiiiiday,

I’m excited we’ve already made it through a whole week of March Madness – 3 more to go! Today I’m sharing 5 cards I made using Pink Paislee’s Confetti Wishes collection. This collection is so Miami and I had lots of fun working with it. I was thinking Golden Girls (and humming the theme song) the entire time – sadly, my stock of this collection is now almost gone. You can check out what I came up with here:

Here are some close-ups of the finished cards:

The cut-a-parts for this collection were really great for card making. I used this one and then added a tab at the top and a chipboard toucan. Easy peasy, card done.

I used some a stamp from the Simon Says Stamp It’s No Secret Set for the inside sentiment. Then at the bottom, added a stripe of leftover paper.

For this card, I again used a cut-a-part and turned that into a shaker. I’m loving that retro record player. I attached the shaker window with some removable glue dots so it can be re-used for something else.

And finished off the inside with a couple stickers.

Here I created my own patterned background by placing some of the stamp cut-a-parts on the striped paper and then popped up the larger cut apart bordered with a light pink paper.

To match the pink from the front I used Lawn Fawn Peachy Keen Ink and used a stamp from the Simon Says Stamp Birthday Bits set.

This purple patterned paper with the palm leaves was one of my favorites. I paired it with the gold foiled paper and again added a cut-a-part on top and popped that up with some foam tape.

I stamped let’s celebrate using Lawn Fawn Minty Fresh Ink and finished off the inside with one of the tropical stickers.

For the final card, I went with this gorgeous jungle pattern and toned it down a bit with some solid stripes. I again added a cut-a-part on top, placed some phrase stickers and finished with a chipboard cake sticker.

I stamped that let’s celebrate sentiment again – this time using Peachy Keen ink and finished off the bottom with a leftover stipe of that same jungle pattern.

As always thanks for checking out my cards…can you tell I’m aching for some warm weather?? xoxo, Sarah
