10 Cards | 1 Kit – SSS June Card Kit (Part 1 of 2)

Hi There,

Hope your week is going well. Today I’m sharing part 1 of my 10 Cards, 1 Kit using the Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit. All I can say is GORGEOUS – that floral stamp is to die for and some of those papers too. Here is what I came up with:

Here are some close-ups of the final cards:

Love these watercolor panels – they make such sweet, simple, easy cards.

I am in LOVE with this stamp set – the mix of sizes and solids and outlines make for lots of choices and you can really make loads of different cards with them.

Ok this may be my most favorite card of the year so far. Probably because I’m obsessed with Paris and the only thing this scene is missing is the Eiffel Tower in the background. I had so much fun making this tulle shaker card – I see lots more of them in my future.

I kept the inside simple with just a piece of light pink washi which matched the lighter tones on the front picture.

Beautiful floral piece – this makes making cards so easy, stamp it, color it and you’re done. I have been really stretched on time lately, but when things settle down I’m going to emboss and watercolor with this.

Odd sized cards are so much fun right? I need to make more of them. I may go back and add a leaf to this stem, it feels like it needs a little something more.

So simple, but one of my favorites. This patterned paper pack was so lovely.

What do you think of the double stripe keeping the pattern going? I think it looks really classy and it would look good to do a whole card front like that too!

I was dying for some feathers to add to this for some texture. I keep meaning to pick up some boa’s so I can tear them apart but didn’t have any on hand so I went with the next best thing…stitching. I think it gives it that little extra pop it needed.

I did a bit of stamp surgery to get these last two sentiments to work – well worth all the little piecing. (Prismacolor: 995)

Thanks so much for stopping by – hope I was able to give you some inspiration to use with your kit! xoxo, Sarah
