Halloween 2019 | Cricut Maker Monday – CTMH Cards (Part 2 of 2)

Here there,

Thanks for stopping in again to check out part two using the new Close To My Heart Complete Creativity cartridge. If you missed part one, check out my previous post where I put together a scrapbook layout. In this half, I’ll be pulling apart and using some of the same elements from the scrapbook pages to create a few cards.

This ran a bit long and I do plan to do this same thing again for some of the other layouts. Please let me know if you like the way this video is done or if you’d rather I do 3 separate smaller videos (1 on each card) to break things up a bit more for you.

Here is what I came up with:

Here are some still shots of the finished cards:

I think these frightful friends are so cute and I was happy to have a use for the extras I had leftover from the previous video. Here I’ve glued down all my cut-outs and then popped up the bunny and little sentiments strips.

1 inside

I’ve kept the inside of all these cards super simple since the fronts are quite full. All the sentiments are written with a Cricut black pen in size .03 using the “A Child’s Year” font.

I think this one is my favorite. I love the mix of the orange and purple and that drawn on web – WOW! I’ve again glued everything down and then popped up just that Oct 31 flag and the little purple sentiment strip.

This owl was one of my favorites from the stamp set – I just love the look she’s giving.  I’ve again glued down all my elements and just popped up that spooky banner as well as the yellow sentiment strip.

Thanks so much for stopping by today – hope this gave you some additional ideas you can use with this new cartridge. As always if you have any questions, let me know and I’ll do my best to help you out. xoxo, Sarah
