10 Cards | 1 Kit – Spellbinders April Card Kit (Part 2 of 2)

Hi-ya,

Yay for tomorrow being Friday…why do the shorter work weeks always seem to feel so long? I’m back today with part 2 of my 10 Cards, 1 Kit using the Spellbinders April Card Kit. As I mentioned yesterday it’s super fun and full of pretty, pink, girly goodness. Here’s what I came up with for the final 5 cards:

and here are your close-ups:

I think this is my favorite card from this half. I trimmed down another of those large project life cards and then layered on a bunch of ephemera, adding pop dots to the phone and little flower for some dimension.

For the inside, I’ve stamped out “you are fabulous” and finished off the panel with a smaller matching flower and leaf.

Keeping this one super simple. I LOVED this pattern paper so I’m just letting it shine and added the foam banner at the bottom for a sentiment.

Here on the inside, I’ve trimmed these sentiments out of one of the tags. I really like that completed line of “you’re magical…be happy be bright be you” – it would be great in reverse too.

I did some masking and stamped out 3 of these pink ballerinas, added a pretty black skirt to the girl in the middle to help her stand out, then finished up with a stripe of black ribbon along the bottom. I think pink and black is such a classy color combo.

I again finished off the inside with one of those sentiment stickers left over from a previous kit.

Another easy card here, just trimmed down the paper and added the circle and sequins.

I’m getting so much use out of these stickers – and still have so many left!

Finally, I used the die to make this lovely pleated skirt – it was very easy to fold and put together. I added in some ephemera and that butterfly (love love love) and topped it off with that wonderful day banner.

Finished up the inside with some ephemera sentiments…and that’s a wrap on this card kit!

Thanks so much for stopping by today. xoxo, Sarah
