Hi-ya,
Today I’ve got some cards and a treat box to share with you that I made using the Spellbinders November Large Die Kit. I’m absolutely loving these kits – so much fun and an amazing way to build my die stash. I really can’t say enough about how great of a deal I think this is, the amount of items you get for the price is astounding. Here is the video of what I came up with:
Here are some still shots of the finished cards and box:
Simple and clean – my favorite kind of cards. I LOVE that warm wishes sentiment, it’s such a pretty script.
Again I’m using the Mama Elephant Merry Greetings and Jingle Greetings stamp sets.
This card is my favorite – I love the shape of those tags, they make such a pretty pattern.
I used some green ink for the sentiment to echo the green from the front and finished off this inside panel with a thin stripe of the pink paper.
What a fun shaker to make! I don’t have a lot of dies that have these solid shapes and the inserts to match, so it’s new to me to use the insert and get so much detail on a cut-out window.
You’re going to see these sentiment stamp sets a lot this season!
These boxes are really cute and easy to put together – I hope my instructions were at least a little helpful.
Here you can see the details of how I cut out off/around that outside red border.
These would make a great advent calendar and I’m planning to make some as some favor boxes for each place setting at our family Christmas dinner this year.
The detail of all those tiny dots around the border is really pretty. If any get stuck, you can use a needle tip to poke them out.
As always thanks for stopping by to check out my work – I hope I was able to give you some inspiration for your own holiday merry making! xoxo, Sarah
