10 Cards | 1 Kit – SSS Mother’s Day Card Kit ( Part 2 of 2) Wedding Cards

Hi there,

As promised, I’m back with part 2 of my 10 Cards, 1 Kit using the Simon Says Stamp special edition Mother’s Day Card Kit. For this second half, I’ve created 5 wedding themed cards since it is that time of year and the papers in the kit worked really for those too. Here is what I came up with:

Here are some close-ups of the finished cards:

I kept all of these cards fairly simple, but I love simple. That knot to echo the sentiment is just really sweet.

And this is the perfect sentiment for inside a wedding card – at least I think so.

This was as complicated as it got for this batch of cards. I’ve been doing a lot more layering in my happy mail lately and I think it spilled over a bit here. It’s not my normal design, but I really love this card.

That peachy keen ink was a perfect match for these pattern papers.

Couldn’t you just die over that congratulations script? This stamp set is wedding themed but you can use this one stamp on so many cards and the size of it makes for a great simple card.

This would be really pretty to stamp on an envelope and add their last name in a fancy handwritten script.

Such an easy card. As you know I am in love with everything Maggie Holmes – I was really excited to get both these hearts from the chasing dreams collection and the stickers from the flourish collection – yes, more please.

This is why I always hang on to scraps, I only had a small stripe of that floral patterned paper left after the Mother’s Day cards but was able to use it on several cards.

You know how I love a shaker card. I think this is such a great card to give because the new couple can take off the shaker and add it to the photo album if they’d like.

Again that script is fantastic in or outside a card.

Thanks so much for stopping by today to check out my cards. xoxo, Sarah
