Happy Mail | Travel Flip Book feat. Crate Paper Here & There Collection

Hi-ya! Hope everyone is having a great week! I’m currently filming some cards using the SSS Special Edition Mother’s Day kit (aiming to have it posted on Friday) but wanted to share this happy mail video with you in the meantime. I have so much fun creating these swapbot exchanges. If you’ve never tried it out I recommend giving it a shot! Here is what I came up with for a travel flip book exchange:

Here are some close-ups of the finished pages:

1

I thought this shaker window made a great start for the front of the flip book. I could make those shakers all day every day – it’s so much fun to shake it when that last seam is finished.

2

That tag was really hard for me to part with – I love those copper/rose gold accents but it went perfectly with that suitcase so I had to use it.

3

That taxi paper is my favorite of the bunch. I layered the postcard and New York ticket with the subway chipboard and then added the sequin share pouch to finish this page.

4

I like to add a little envelope with a handwritten note on all of my happy mail projects.

5

I made a few more envelopes with matching notecards to share and attached them with a belly band. Don’t you just love that sending love sticker?!?

6

I really wanted a sticker that said big ben, but I didn’t have one so I went with let’s travel. Those Tim Holtz Tiny Phrase Stickers came in really handy to add an extra something to the book.

7

Taxi or Subway – I’ll take New York any day of the week. Here I added an envelope and filled it with a bunch of matching ephemera.

8

I used the rolling stamp and some SSS intense black ink to add items to that bucket list.

9

This envelope came in a special envelope ephemera pack to match the collection. I added the rolling suitcase (another fav from the chipboard pieces) and tied in the blue again in the upper corner using the airplane sticker.

10

I’ve been eyeing one of those flair button makers for a while and finally took the plunge and got one. I plan to make some to sell (eventually – you know with all that extra time I have, lol) I’ll keep you posted on that once I get some packs started.

Thanks so much for stopping by today – Hope you enjoyed the video! xoxo, Sarah
