Today I’ve got 3 more cards to share with you using the Simon Says Stamp Halloween Card kit. The kit is sold out but most of the products included are for sale separately – my personal favorite items are the patterned papers and stickers from Pebbles. You can check out the video for my 3 cards here:
Can you tell I really liked those 3 patterned papers they included?!? I’ve stretched them way further than I think I’ve ever stretched 6 x 6 papers before.
Here are some close-up photos:
Those stickers were so much fun! At first I wasn’t sure how I was going to use them but when I started playing around with the strips of paper I cut, everything naturally fell together.
I made sure to save that “boo crew’ sentiment so it could shine on its own card – so clever.
I had never worked with this foil before and I really enjoyed it. The look isn’t as smooth as you would get using a minc machine, but somehow for Halloween that worked perfectly. I liked having the more ragged edges from using the punch and they stick great, but didn’t go on perfectly smooth, you can tell each circle has been placed individually – they all have their own creases and folds. I have about 1/4 of the sheet left, and may have to invest in some more for future cards…
Thanks for stopping by to check out my cards – more Halloween goodness is coming your way tomorrow!
