Birthday Card | Distress Oxide Ink

Hi-ya,

I hope everyone’s week is going well. Today I wanted to share a birthday card I made with you. I started off working with some of the new distress oxide inks and then used a mix of stamps from Simon Says Stamp and Ellen Hutson. Here is what I came up with:

This was the first time I worked with blending the distress oxide inks and I was really happy with how smoothly the colors came together. I used Worn Lipstick, Fossilized Amber, and Spiced Marmalade.

For the front of the card I used Simon Says Stamp – You matter stamp and die set along with one of the peonies from the Ellen Hutson – Mondo Peony set.

Then I finished it off with some Studio Katia Crystal Fusion Sequins – LOVE these!

For the inside, I used the Ellen Hutson – Spread the Sparkle stamp set to complete the birthday wishes.
