Hi there…Happy FriYAY!

Well yesterday we had rain in the morning, snow around noon, and sunshine in the afternoon so honestly, I could use a spa day 😉 I’m really adoring these little mice, how cute is his little tea cup bathtub?! and I like that same amount of bubbles in my tub too, the more the better.

It had been a bit since I’ve played with my watercolors and I forgot how relaxing it is to just focus in for a few hours and layer all those paints together. I started with a washed purple background, being careful not to run any color onto our teacup, but as I knew I’d be adding white to the bubbles I just layered right over those. I then decided a yellow tub would go perfect with our purple walls and finished up with a pretty shimmery star color to give my bubbles a bit of glisten.
