10 Cards, 1 Kit – Collaboration with Stephanie Harding (Part 2 of 2)

Happy Friday!

We decided to post both videos for you on the same day so you didn’t have to wait to check out the other half of our collaboration. In this video I’m using the kit Stephanie Harding put together – make sure you hop over to her channel to check out her videos too. Here’s what I came up with using her fantastic kit:

Here are some close-ups of the finished cards:

1

Such a pretty sentiment – that cut apart sheet was a perfect pairing with the welcome home collection.

1 inside

I love the look of mint and red together.

1 close2

I loved that this collection had a range of different papers – they really seemed to cover all 4 seasons and had some great masculine patterns.

2 inside

This architect/house plan paper was another one of my favorites.

2 close3

Again…great masculine card options. Isn’t that mountain scene just breathtaking?

3 inside

I kept the inside simple because the men in my life don’t like lots of embellishment and this is definitely going to one of them.

3 close4

Love that picket fence – I don’t know where she found it (hopefully she will link it for you), but it gave fantastic dimension.

4 inside

Love this olive green ink from Stampin up – it’s the perfect color for stamping leaves.

4 close5

Talk about dimension – this wreath is gorgeous!

5 inside

I was so happy with how the flower pots came out too – they were a lot of work to fussy cut but SO worth it.

5 close6

This one still feels not quite done to me. It works, it just needs a little something more. Any suggestions?

6 inside

I do like the idea of finishing off the inside with these two stripes. It works great to use the leftover frame from the MFT BP-32 die.

6 close7

This is my favorite of the bunch – I love the cement pattern paper and that sentiment strip is so beautiful! The twine adds that final last touch of softness to balance things out.

7 inside

It’s a really simple thing, but I like how leaving the border around the inside pattern strip mimics the outside border.

7 close8

Like I said, I’m obsessed with these shaker windows – this is the first time I included something other than sequins and I really like the look of adding the key in there.

8 inside

Ahh – I was so excited when I found that matching ink!

8 close9

I loved these brads but it took me a while to figure out how to use them. It’s simple but sweet. I like the little cluster of homey things I put together.

9 inside

Don’t be afraid to cut apart cut-a-parts; I often forget I can do that.

9 close10

One last shaker – love that robin’s egg sequin mix. I wish the pictures would show how pretty the iridescent pieces are, hopefully you can see it in the video.

10 inside

I couldn’t resist using this floral paper again – it is gorgeous!

Thanks for stopping by to check out my cards. Don’t forget to take a look at Stephanie’s video and enter to win the stamp set! xoxo, Sarah
